SHIPPING POLICY

At Mara e-Shop, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Below is an outline of our shipping policy, including the carriers we use and estimated delivery times.

1. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

• DHL

• Poste Italiane

2. Shipping Regions and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer shipping to various regions with the following estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 2 to 4 business days

• Other Countries: 10 to 12 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. You will be able to see the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mara e-Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Mara e-Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping Policy
